What has God’s voice said to you? What is his promise over your life? Won’t he provide everything needed for that exact thing? Won’t he redeem whatever it is that was lost? Can’t he be trusted even though sometimes it doesn’t seem like it?

God tested Abraham, asking him to sacrifice Isaac, the Son of Promise. Trusting God in that moment must have been extremely difficult. Both Abraham and Isaac could have resisted, but they didn’t. Instead, Abraham immediately obeyed because he believed.
